I have a very old photo album that belongs too my father.

After the war, men had to do 2 years national service. My Father did his in Malaya...
1947,48,49.







There is a few scenery pictures as well........does anyone recognise these.

The bottom most picture is Ubudiah Mosque in Kuala Kangsar, Perak (the town where the annual Kuala Kangsar Classic Bike Show is held)

The 2nd from bottom picture is the Kek Lok Si bhuddist temple in Penang

Thanks for the information. My father died a few years ago after having a stroke so I am unsure where he was based.

I will forward the info to my mother - I am away for a few days. When I get back I will post a few more of the scenery pix.

There is this beach picture..
