"I Have A Dream" as Marthur Luther King once qoute, but this is not for the Coloured freedom & to live life as an individuals, but a different sets of stories.
this is what i found in a forum, can't remember which one, sad but true.
bob.
It's about my dream.
I've loved bikes ever since I was a kid. (I'm sure it's the same for many of you.) But I cannot afford a brand new 600, let alone a 80k liter bike. Yeah, maybe with abit of struggling and sacrifice, I could probably get a 7yo cbr fireblade for 30k ++. Or maybe just wait till I'm 50yo.
But I too would like to experience current technology. I too would love to know how the HESD on the new blade feels. I too would like to feel how radial brakes and proper fuel injection feels on a modern sportsbike. I too would like to learn how to slide a bike out of a corner. I too would like to realize my boyhood dream of riding a sportsbike on a track like Sepang and to see how good I am. I too would like to pass the start-finish straight at 260km/h.
Frens, I'm tired of buying magazines every other month and merely listening to the screaming bikes that pass me on the highway. I want to know how it feels to ride a bike with 'centralization' engineered into it aka cbr family. I want to watch the bike redline on a digital meter. I want to realize my dream. But it seems to get harder to achieve with each passing year. (I've been told that the tax will go up again this September.) 65k for a current 600 and 80k for 1000s is already too much.
I wont ask daddy for money. I dont have a high paying job (or business) that will comfortably pay for it. I cant sell my soul to the devil coz I dont have his hp no.and I certainly wont steal one!
So what can an average person like me do? I'm not asking to be a millionaire. I just want a bike. But my country doesnt want me to. In other words, if there was a better/more realistic way to make my dream come true, then I'm all for it. In fact, if I could sell a kidney to get one, I would.
I dont expect all of you to understand the desperation that many 'would-be-bikers' feel. If you dont already know how it feels, then maybe you're already in a position where you will never know the exquisite pain of wanting an almost imposible dream.
Just my two cents worth.

But then did you ask him what is the price of owning a bike there or perhaps a car in Japan? What is price of a 1 room apartment there?
In our country its expensive to buy a car or bike but it is way veryyyyyyyy very cheap to maintain it!
Fuel price in other countries above USD1,parking minimum for open space USD300,r/tax or mot USD150.......bla bla bla.........(all this is for personel use not for work)
Our country fuel USD1<,parking USD100<,r/tax USD70< .......blablabla
Hse is cheap here at least we can have a place to stay within 30km radius from town unlike Japan within that radius the price of a hse is at least USD500K!!!!!!!
